Altaf, Farooq Sattar and Company rejected in by-poll: KamalKARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party leader Mustafa Kamal on Friday said the people have rejected both Altaf Hussain and Farooq Sattar & Co, after the MQM suffered defeat in by-election for Sindh Assembly constituency PS-127.
Speaking at a press conference, the former Karachi mayor said the MQM’s vote bank shrank to only 15,000 from 60,000 in the Thursday election. “And we do know, how  these 15,000 votes were bagged,” said Kamal.
He said the election results showed that the people did not consider MQM a separate entity from Altaf Hussain.
Accusing Sattar of speaking lies, he said the MQM’s so-called chief was informed about 'a lot of things more than anybody else'.
“You are telling the people that you have nothing to do with founder of MQM, but nobody in the world is ready to buy this story,” he said.
